EXCHANGE:
- Exchange is accepted if the received product is defective, wrong, or damaged.
- Issues regarding defective, wrong, or damaged products should be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please share the package unboxing video for defective, wrong, or damaged products.
- Products bought from any sales events will not be eligible for exchange or returns.
- Exchange items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags intact.
- Shipping charges and COD charges are not refundable.
- The customer has to self-ship the product if the pin code is out of the serviceable area with reverse logistics.
